We partnered with Starbucks to strip everything back and look at what made the brand successful from its start as a small Seattle coffee house. We worked with internal teams to develop a new brand purpose and refine their tone, language, voice, store design, and product packaging to capture the core drivers and unique essence that originally made Starbucks iconic. Together, we produced a powerful brand platform that the Starbucks team could use to define their future path and update the customer experience in a way that would allow people to fall in love with the brand all over again.
