Bio
Neil is a Managing Partner and Senior Design Thinking Strategist at BILD. He has more than 30 years of experience leading companies and advising clients on how to build strong, sustainable brands and businesses.
Neil spent the early part of his career as a Partner and Strategist at the design & innovation firm Bulldog Drummond. Working with Fortune 500 clients like Nike, Starbucks, PepsiCo, Virgin, Conoco-Phillips and World Vision, Neil helped accelerate their growth and profitability by strengthening and diversifying their brand and product portfolios.
He went on from there to co-found The Paradigm Project, a social enterprise focused on financing clean energy products for low-income families in emerging markets. Using innovative carbon finance models Paradigm built scaled triple bottom line distribution and sales operations across 5 countries in Africa and Central America.
Neil has deep expertise in Human Centered Design, Lean Strategy Development and holds an MA in English and a BA in Liberal Arts, emphasizing business strategy development. He and his wife Amy have 3 grown boys, two grandchildren, and currently live in Fort Collins, Colorado.
