Bio
Jeff is a Managing Partner and Senior Systems Strategist at BILD. He has spent over three decades serving numerous organizations as an internal leader and external advisor in the pursuit of sustainable competitive advantage.
He began his career leading operating teams and strategic programs for large asset management and telecommunications firms during the wild boom or bust growth cycles of the 1990s and early 2000s.
As his roles became increasingly strategic and global, he shifted to advisory and consulting work and served large and mid-market firms seeking growth. All engagements were highly customized, but most often took the shape of mergers & acquisitions, entering new markets, designing new products, or reinventing stagnant business models.
Jeff has deep expertise in Systems Thinking, Organizational Design, and Strategy & Business Model Development. He holds a BS in Finance and a minor in Economics from Colorado State University. He and his wife Wendy have 2 grown children and reside in Monument, Colorado.
